FAQ’s

This integration enables you to load SuperMate fund records directly into an Acis online order. You can also create new fund records in SuperMate, and upload or download documents, all within seconds from the Acis platform. 

Select the SuperMate logo in the INTEGRATIONS section of the Acis platform, then click CONNECT to initiate the login to your SuperMate account. Connection may also be activated from within any online order by selecting the Integration icon and then the SuperMate logo and CONNECT.

Users can choose which of their SuperMate sites to connect in the integration SETTINGS section.

In the COMPLETED section of the Acis platform, select the Integration icon for the relevant Acis order and then click on the SuperMate logo. Go to Upload Details, select the fund, choose the documents, and click UPLOAD. 

Yes. Simply navigate to the relevant SMSF establishment or SMSF deed upgrade in the COMPLETED section, select the Integration icon, and then select the SuperMate logo. It is important to note that creating new fund records in SuperMate may incur additional fees within your SuperMate subscription. 

This is a SuperMate requirement.

No. Updating of existing fund records in SuperMate is not currently supported.

Funds with insufficient data required to create a fund record in SuperMate, are unable to be uploaded. For example, SuperMate requires a Start Date for each trustee, corporate trustee director, and member of the fund.

The integration remains active until it is disconnected by you (or SuperMate). 

Select the Integration icon within any online order, or navigate to the INTEGRATION section of the Acis platform to check the connection status displayed under the SuperMate logo.

The SYNC button allows you to manually sync your current list of funds from SuperMate to the Acis platform. This is beneficial when you have recently created or updated fund records in SuperMate and wish to access those details immediately in an Acis order.

Syncing time will depend on the number of fund records in your SuperMate account. 

Pop-up blockers in your web browser may prevent new browser tabs from appearing when connecting Acis integrations which require you to enter login credentials. It is recommended that all pop-up blockers are disabled. 

Ensure the SuperMate integration is connected and recently synced.

SuperMate doesn’t provide access to recorded TFNs.

The list of names displayed is sourced from active integration connections and Acis records. To determine which name is most suited for loading into your order, position the cursor over the name to display further details.

The list of fund names displayed is sourced from active integration connections and Acis records. To determine which fund is most suited for loading into your order, position the cursor over the name to display further details.

Fund codes are not compulsory and help avoid creating duplicate fund records. 

Fund, trustee & member details are sourced from SuperMate and available to load into fund-related Acis orders. 

Ensure all data entered in the required fields is valid and the fund does not already exist in SuperMate. Where possible we will advise if the fund has been detected as an existing fund in SuperMate.
