The Acis client portal is being streamlined even further, with a change to client log-ins which enables seamless switching between your firm’s accounts.
You will now log-in using a single email address and password combination that is linked to a single client profile. This means multiple firms within a network are linked to a single contact in our portal, and users can switch between firms without needing to log-out and log back in.
The log-in changes come ahead of further integrations we are introducing to our system in the coming weeks. They support the recently released ABN/TFN integration which has been a big winner among our clients.
Please contact us should you wish to link multiple firms to a single contact profile.
