We have recently updated our documentation to remove the Redchip Lawyers logo, a change that reflects the continued growth and maturity of our internal legal capabilities.
Over the past several years, Acis has significantly expanded its in-house legal team, building deep expertise across the areas of law that underpin the structuring work we support. This team now oversees the full legal review and approval process for all documentation generated through our platform. While this internal oversight has been standard practice for some time, the recent update formalises what has long been in place: a fully integrated legal function operating within the Acis business.
This development is part of our broader commitment to ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across every structure we deliver. Our legal team plays a critical role in the drafting, review, and ongoing maintenance of core documents such as company constitutions, discretionary trust deeds, SMSF deeds, and associated amending documentation. With legislative reform, case law developments, and regulatory expectations continuing to evolve, particularly in complex areas like trust law and superannuation, our clients rely on Acis for legal oversight that is both current and rigorous.
Importantly, this change does not reflect any shift in our relationship with Redchip Lawyers. Redchip remains a highly regarded and long-standing partner of Acis. Our collaboration with the firm continues to be strong, and we will refer legal matters that fall outside our scope to them as required. We remain proud of our association with Redchip and value the ongoing contribution they make to the broader legal and professional services ecosystem in which we operate.
At Acis, our platform brings together automation, technology and legal expertise to reduce risk and administrative burden for accountants, financial advisers, and legal professionals. The formalisation of our internal legal oversight process is another step in strengthening this offering, giving our clients confidence that every document they receive is backed by specialist review and legal rigour.
Should you have any questions about this update, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We’re always here to help.
