We’ve recently made some changes to the signing requirements for constitutions and share certificates that save time for you and your clients. They also ensure that the constitution is properly adopted by new companies.
Each company member now only needs to sign an Application for Shares accepting the shares allotted to them and agreeing to the terms of the constitution.
