What does the integration do?

This integration enables you to load CAS 360 data directly into an Acis online order, as well as create new CAS 360 company structures and/or upload documents within seconds from the Acis portal.

Is the integration available for all Acis products?

Yes.

What data is sourced from the connected CAS 360 account?

Company and contact details are sourced from CAS 360 and available to load into any Acis online order.

Can we create company structures in CAS 360 for previously ordered Acis products?

Yes. It is important to note that uploading new company structures in CAS 360 may incur additional fees within your BGL CAS 360 subscription.

Does the integration include the ability to upload and download documents?

Documents may be uploaded to company records in CAS 360 and downloaded from CAS 360 into Acis online orders.

How do I connect to CAS 360?

Select the CAS 360 logo in the INTEGRATIONS section of the Acis portal, then click CONNECT to initiate the login to your CAS 360 account via the BGL API login screen. Connection may also be activated from within any online order by selecting the Integration icon "cloud" and then the CAS 360 logo and CONNECT.

How do I check my connection with CAS 360?

Select the Integration icon "cloud" within any online order, or navigate to the INTEGRATION section of the Acis portal to check the connection status displayed under CAS 360.

What does the SYNC button do?

The SYNC button allows you to manually sync your CAS 360 data to the Acis portal. This is beneficial when you have recently updated company and/or contact details in CAS 360 and wish to access those details immediately in an Acis order.

How long will syncing take and do I have to wait until it is finished?

Syncing depends on the number of company records in your CAS 360 account. Once syncing has commenced, you may start your Acis order and the CAS 360 companies and associated contacts will appear for selection once the syncing of each company is complete.

I do not see the CAS 360 login screen?

Pop-up blockers in your web browser may prevent new browser tabs from appearing when connecting Acis integrations which require you to enter login credentials. It is recommended pop-up blockers are disabled.

No data from the CAS 360 integration is showing?

Ensure the CAS 360 integration is connected and recently synced.

Why are there duplicate names to select from when adding an individual or company to an Acis order?

The list of names displayed is sourced from active integration connections and Acis records. To determine which name is most suited for loading into your order, position the cursor over the name to display further details.
