These payments will be processed by BPay through your own online banking platform.
Payment by direct deposit
These payments will be processed through your own online banking platform.
Payment by telephone
You may make a payment by telephone by calling us on 1800 773 477 and providing payment details. We will process these payments for you via a third-party payment gateway operated by Eway or another third party payment gateway.
Acceptable Payment Methods
We will only accept payments using one of the above approved payment methods.
We do not request or collect credit card or other payment data and will not accept payment where you provide us with such information including by email or order form. If you submit credit card or payment data in this way, we will:
refuse to accept payment in this way;
contact you to advise of the approved payment methods; and
immediately delete or destroy any credit card or payment data received.
You acknowledge and agree that no online environment is impervious to attack by malicious third parties, and we make no representations or warranties that data breaches will not occur when using third party payment gateways.
Terms and Conditions
This CCS Policy is subject to and forms part of our Terms and Conditions and must be read together with our Terms and Conditions. Words and expressions used in this CCS Policy have the same meanings given in our Terms and Conditions. If there is an inconsistency between this CCS Policy and our Terms and Conditions, our Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
We reserve the right to amend this CCS Policy, from time to time, without notice to you or to any other person. Any amended CCS Policy applies immediately upon being posted here.
