No, your existing password has been securely migrated and can still be used. However, you will need to reconfigure your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings upon your first login to the new system.

Yes, your password was securely migrated. We never store passwords in plain text. Auth0 uses robust encryption and security standards to protect your information.

When migrating passwords, we ensure that only the encrypted versions are stored and, in this case, transferred to Auth0. We provide instructions to Auth0 on how to verify these passwords using the same encryption method.

This update was implemented to enable this functionality. The configuration of these features is unique to each client and may incur an annual fee. For further information or to explore this option, please contact your account manager or our support team at acis@acis.net.au.

The system will identify SSO-enabled clients when they enter their email address on the login page, serving as the initial identifier. Upon submission, the system determines if the client is SSO-enabled and communicates with the Identity Provider (IDP). If an active session is detected, users seamlessly proceed. However, if no active session exists, they are prompted to input their standard login credentials for that specific IDP (such as Microsoft, Okta, Google, etc.).
