ASIC announces 1 July fee rises – some ACIS products are affected… |

The corporate regulator, ASIC, has announced increases to its regulated fees that will be effective from 1 July 2011.
We will increase our fees, but only by passing on the ASIC increase where it is relevant. For example, our fee to register a company (with shares) will increase by $14 and company name changes will go up by $11. In most cases, GST will not apply to these increases.
